Dr. Karthika P is a dedicated professional with a strong background in research and development. Karthika served as a Project Assistant at CECRI-Chennai, Tamilnadu, from February 2016 to August 2016. focusing on “Studies on Pyrochlore Compounds for Mixed lonic-electronic Conductivity.” Continuing her research journey, she held another Project Assistant role from October 2016 to August 2017 at the same institution, contributing to the “Demonstration & Validation of an LT-PEMFC System for Automotive Application: KPIT project,

Her expertise extends globally, as she took on the role of Post-Doc Researcher at National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, from November 2021 to July 2022. Recently, as an R&D Scientist (Intern) at Aryo Green Technology Private Limited (IIT-BHU) Startup, Banaras, Varanasi (UP), she delved into Electrolyte and electrode materials design for Fuel cell and Al-air and ion battery application during a three-month internship from September 2022 to January 2023.
