The Centre of Excellence in Energy Sciences & eMobility at Atria University is dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and education in sustainable energy and electric mobility technologies.

Our interdisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and industry experts works at the intersection of renewable energy, battery technology, smart grid systems, and electric vehicle architecture to develop solutions for India's clean energy transition.

Through cutting-edge laboratory facilities, industry partnerships, and nationally aligned research programmes, we prepare the next generation of energy engineers and eMobility innovators.

Our research directly supports India's National Electric Mobility Mission Plan, National Green Hydrogen Mission, and PM-KUSUM solar energy initiatives, contributing to the country's ambitious renewable energy targets.

  • B.Tech / B.E in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering field with minimum 60% marks
  • Valid GATE score preferred (EE, ME, or relevant paper)
  • Statement of purpose highlighting research interests
  • Interview with the Energy Sciences faculty committee

PhD Programme

For candidates seeking to lead original research in Energy Sciences, Battery Technology, or eMobility.

  • M.Tech / M.E / M.Sc in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
  • Valid GATE / UGC-NET score strongly preferred
  • Research proposal submitted at time of application
  • Interview and research aptitude assessment
