Refund Policy
Atria University’s refund policy is in accordance with the norms set by the University Grants Commission (UGC Notification Reg.: Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates, November 2, 2018). This refund policy is effective from May 1, 2020.
Refund structure for Security Deposit made at the time of acceptance of the offer of admission:
- A Refundable Security Deposit of INR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) is made by the student at the time of accepting our offer of admission
- The entire amount is refunded in case the student seeks to withdraw his or her acceptance before the commencement of the academic session
- Post commencement of the program, the entire amount is refunded in case the student wants to withdraw from the program or at the time of graduation after recoveries for any damages or dues, if any, to be made from the student
- Fees shall be refunded within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from him or her in this regard.

Refund structure for other fee components (excluding Security deposit)

| 5 | More than 30 days after the formally notified commencement of the academic session | On or later than November 05th, 2022 | 0% |
